Quality Policy Statement
The Quality Policy of ABSQ BENCHMARK is communicated to all employees, esteemed clients, and stakeholders. ABSQ's Management System Certification operates and maintains a systematic approach to deliver effective certification services in compliance with Governmental and APPLICABLE IAF Accreditation Body standards.
To ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers with ABSQ's certification services, we commit to the following:
a) WE will provide high-quality Management System certification services through competent personnel and reliable customer service operations.
b) WE will uphold objectivity, confidentiality, and impartiality, managing conflicts of interest and associated risks.
c) WE ARE dedicated to meeting the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021, IAF Mandatory Documents, and all Legal Requirements relevant to our certification services.
d) WE will maintain a systematic documented system that ensures effective operation and management control methods.
e) WE will continuously innovate to meet the evolving needs of our clients and stakeholders, ensuring the continual improvement of certification services by embracing technological advancements.
This policy undergoes periodic review by the ABSQ Certification Board and is amended to adapt to changing circumstances and for continual improvement. Corporate objectives related to this policy are established and reviewed during planned Management Review Meetings.

Confidentiality & Impartiality

OUR employees have signed commitments to adhere to confidentiality, impartiality, and the absence of conflicts of interest.

Confidentiality Policy:
a) WE ensure that our auditors and all staff maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information received during audit activities.
b) WE do NOT release client information or certification statuses to third parties or accreditation bodies without special request or permission.
c) When legally required to disclose confidential information to a third party, we notify the client in advance of the information provided.

Impartiality Policy:
· WE ensure impartiality in all decisions, based solely on objective evidence and free from influence by any other interests or parties.
· WE does not endorse or refer any consultancy services related to the implementation of Management Systems for any organization.
· Our employees are prohibited from participating in certification processes for any organization in which they have had financial or commercial interests for a minimum of 2 years before the organization applied for registration.
